Had a great time with friends! The room was clean and spacious, and it was super convenient to visit attractions like Tiger Stadium. The staff was friendly and helpful. Just a heads-up for future guests, security could be improved as some doors didn’t lock properly. But overall, a solid place for a group getaway!
One issue was the outside doors. they wouldn't lock, which made us feel a bit uneasy about security. It would be great to see improvements in that area.

Excellent hotel with its free wi-fi, laundry services, and air conditioning. The staff was so kind on my first stay, helping me with a bottle of water at night. I highly recommend staying here!

disappointing experience but great potential
The location was convenient for accessing major roads. The staff were polite and tried to assist with the check-in process. I appreciated the strong Wi-Fi connection that kept me connected during my stay.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired.

Staying in Bentonville was pretty convenient for us with all 4 kids. We loved the spacious layout of the studio room, which made it easy to manage our family’s needs while we explored nearby parks and attractions.
My kids wished for better cleaning and maintenance. The kitchen utensils were sparse, and more would be helpful for families cooking meals together.

would like to stay longer
The queen room we had was decent. It had a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator. Loved the air conditioning and flat-screen TV too. Everything was accessible. Bathroom was private, and they provided free toiletries. Nice that there was a dining area and a comfy wardrobe. Good for a long stay, especially for the price.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially having a full-size refrigerator for snacks and a nice microwave for quick meals. The hotel offered great relaxation spots, like a cozy lounge and a nice outdoor area to unwind. Just wish there were more food options nearby, but overall, it was a great experience! 👍

missingWrote a review on May 26well-maintained areaskey locationdirty room
The common areas of the hotel seem well-maintained, and there is a decent amount of parking space available for guests. The location is convenient, with nearby amenities that make it easy for travelers to grab a bite or stock up on supplies.
The room itself left a lot to be desired. dirt and grime were noticeable on surfaces, and even the floor felt unclean. Cooking facilities failed to work properly, which made meal prep difficult, while the presence of stray odors in the hallways made it less than pleasant. Plus, some areas of the building, like the side entrance, appeared damaged and left open, inviting potential security concerns. Overall, the experience lacked the cleanliness and upkeep one would expect.

missingWrote a review on May 16clean bedconvenient locationinteresting spotsbroken itemspoor maintenance
The stay was primarily to explore the nearby attractions, and while the location offered convenient access to several interesting spots like the Crystal Bridges Museum, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The room was clean, which is a plus, but there were issues such as broken items and poor maintenance that overshadowed the positives. I had to deal with a malfunctioning TV and a dirty bathroom, which really affected my time there. On a positive note, I was grateful that the bed and linens were clean, providing at least a decent place to rest after long days of sightseeing.

I truly appreciated the comfortable seating area and well-maintained common spaces, which made it easy for seniors like myself to relax and enjoy some leisure time during my stay. The staff were also very accommodating.
More kitchen utensils would be helpful for extended stays.

I enjoyed my stay at Hometowne Studios in Bentonville. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting me with a smile. The housekeeping team, especially Rebecca Jones, kept my room spotless. I appreciated the spaciousness of my room and the pet-friendly policy, making it easy to travel with my dogs. However, the kitchen utensils were limited, which made cooking a little challenging. A few more basic items would greatly enhance the experience. The location was convenient for exploring Bentonville, but I encountered some noise from the nearby road. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement in kitchen supplies.

Perfect for travelers needing sanity
I walked into a cozy room that seemed to whisper comfort, everything was clean and inviting! And the staff? Let me tell you, they were like my allies in this entire fiasco.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what I got? it was acceptable.
